End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Ryvex Tweaks grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software and services in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

2. License Restrictions

All licenses are validated through our secure servers. The software may periodically verify your license status. We reserve the right to revoke licenses that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and related materials are proprietary to Ryvex Tweaks and protected by copyright laws. This license does not grant you ownership of the software.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime for our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

6. License Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must:

• • Stop using the software immediately
• • Delete all copies of the software
• • Destroy any license keys in your possession

7. Anti-Piracy Measures

We actively monitor for unauthorized use and piracy. Violations will result in immediate license revocation and may lead to legal action. We appreciate your cooperation in protecting our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. RYVEX TWEAKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
